Suppliers will be registred for providing goods and services for year 2020 in District Secretariat and All
divisional secretariats in the district of Matale.
Applications are called up to 01.12.2019 from qualified suppliers.

Suppliers those who wish to register should be forwarded separated applications for each items by creditingRs. 300/= to the revenue head 2003-99-00 at Shroff counter in District Secretariat, Matale or any Divisional Secretariat in the district of Matale.The applications can be obtained from above offices by forwarding receipts which obtained from the Shroff counter. “Registered of Suppliers 2020” should be indicated at the top left hand corner of the envelope where applications is enclosed.Duly completed applications should be forwarded to the Procurement Committee, District Secretariat, Matale by registered post or by hand on or before 01st December 2019. The qualified suppliers will be registered and notified.
